UNCOMPROMISING SPORTINESS
The F12tdf is a tribute to the Tour de France, the legendary road race that Ferrari dominated in the 1950s and 1960s. It was a race that rewarded cars which combined maximum performance with handling characteristics and ease of use, allowing participants to race hundreds of kilometers a day over fast, winding roads and on circuits.

The car’s uncompromising sportiness is reflected in the deliberately Spartan cockpit.
The enveloping effect of the driving position is enhanced by the use of carbon fiber housings for the instruments and controls.

The door panels have been reduced to a single carbon fiber shell, while the glove compartment has been removed and replaced by simple knee protectors. Alcantara was chosen instead of traditional leather for the cabin upholstery, technical fabric for the seats, and patterned aluminum instead of mats for the floor, all with the aim of saving every gram of weight.
